Shipping:

DOMESTIC

  • We ship to every state in the US.
  • Orders are processed and shipped only after payment has been confirmed.
  • Orders placed after 5PM EST will be processed the next business day.
  • Please allow between 24-48 business hours for your order to be processed and shipped out.
  • Orders do not ship weekends or holidays.
  • All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail ; 2-4 Business days : $5. Tracking numbers will be emailed to you upon departure from our facility.
  • If you need your order urgently please select the Express Mail ; 1-2 Business days (Depending on the area): $30, option during checkout and we will be happy to oblige.
  • Please allow us 2-3 weeks to ship out backordered items.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

INTERNATIONAL

  •  PLEASE READ : All international packages can ONLY be tracked until the package leaves the US. You will not see any additional tracking information once the packages leaves the US. We are not responsible for lost or stole packages.

  • USPS EMS (Express Mail International) ; 5-10 Business days : $30
  • Orders shipped via EMS are fully insured.
  • All transit times exclude time in customs
  • Please allow us 2-3 weeks to ship out backordered items.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • It’s illegal to falsify customs declarations or mark an item as a “gift” in order to avoid customs fees.

**PLEASE NOTE THAT CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY IMPORT DUTIES, LOCAL TAXES, AND CHARGES THAT MAY BE APPLIED BY YOUR COUNTRY. PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR COUNTRY’S CUSTOMS OFFICE TO DETERMINE WHAT THESE ADDITIONAL COSTS MAY BE.

**We are not responsible for undelivered or misdelivered packages due to address incorrectly entered by customer. 

Returns:
Returns are only accepted if the following conditions are met:

  1. Your item is in new condition and is returned with its original invoice and in its original packaging;
  2. Your item is sent back to us via an insured shipping method within 2 weeks of the original purchase date.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.

Refunds:
Refunds are given in the form of the original payment and only after proper inspection of returned merchandise.

Exchanges:
Exchanges are only accepted if:

  1. You receive an item different than what was ordered;
  2. Your item arrives defective.
  3. Your item is sent back to us via an insured shipping method within 2 weeks of the original purchase date.

Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel your order:

  1. You can notify us by email before we have processed your order;
  2. If the goods have already been shipped then simply refuse delivery or label the package “Return to Sender” without having opened the package.
